Retail Matters Company Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shun Tak Group established in July 2006 to operate various retail facilities in Macau, Hong Kong and Greater China. It sets to provide lifestyle concepts and quality retail service platforms to shoppers and international brand names to the targeted markets.

Being Shun Tak Group's retail division, Retail Matters Company Limited is the franchise holder of the international toy brand Toys"R"Us in Macau, and worldwide owner of the Italian gelato brand Stecco Natura Gelaterie.

Toys"R"Us Macau

Toys"R"Us currently operates three outlets in Macau located at NOVA Mall, Macau Tower and Studio City. NOVA Mall store is a 22,000 square-feet flagship store, which opened for business in June 2020. In 2021, an entertainment centre "FunPark" was added to the location, extending a retail-entertainment experience for shoppers which successfully drove foot traffic to the store.

Stecco Natura Gelaterie

Originating from Sicily in 2012, Stecco Natura Gelaterie now has multiple outlets in Hong Kong located at The Peak, Tai Kwun, The Westwood, Ocean Park together with and other seasonal pop-ups. Its Macau outlets include NOVA Mall, Grand Lisboa Palace and Studio City. Stecco Natura Gelaterie brought its first store to Mainland China in 2023 locating at New Bund 31 Shanghai. The brand has plans to expand its business in Greater China market as its long-term vision.
